Confirmation at Holy Rosary Church

On June 5, 20 students received the sacrament of Confirmation at Holy Rosary Church in Greenwood Lake by the Most Rev. Gerald T. Walsh, (pictured far right). They were instructed by catechists Jona Bell and Tom Nash. Rev. Robert J. Sweeney is standing with altar servers Liam Carney and Patrick Gardiner. Also serving were Michaela and Mary Calandra, not pictured here. Beginning in the front row, from left to right, the newly confirmed are: Julia Tomaszewski, Seana Morgan, Cieralyn Hirrel, Carolyn Rink, Mackenzie Honczarenko, Janeen Gomez, Nicole Franke and Samantha Ferrari; second row: Jakob Melone, Jake Occhiopinto, Christian Echeverry, Dean Busch, Matthew Rapelye, Dale Hirrel and Robert Sheridan; in the back row: Thomas Keady, Vincent Carney, Thomas Gardiner, Robert Hayward and Shea Gormley.
