Computer Guy celebrates grand reopening of second store location in Village of Florida

FLORIDA — The Computer Guy has come a long way since it first opened in the Village of Warwick back in 2010.
And now it has reopened its second store location at 22 Meadow Road in the Village of Florida.
On Thursday, May 31, Town of Warwick Supervisor Michael Sweeton, Florida Mayor Daniel Harter and representatives of the Florida and Warwick Valley Chambers of Commerce joined owner Kevin Brand, his wife, Roxanne, family and staff for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the store's grand reopening.
"We would like to provide the community with a local store where they can find all their computer needs and know they will be given special attention with fair and honest service," said Brand. "We have expanded our show room and inventory and now offer a wide range of computer accessories such as routers, power supplies, hard drives, monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, flash drives and much more."
The Computer Guy offers removal of viruses and spyware, computer cleaning, system setups, data recovery, PC upgrades and wireless setups as well as computer sales.
"And if you can't come to us," he said, "we can come to you."
In addition to computer sales and repairs, The Computer Guy will also build a machine tailored to the specifications of its customer.
It will also support local businesses ranging from those that are home-based to the construction company with large drawing plan issues or the law firm needing Mac support as well as construction wiring.
"We basically offer services for any person or any company needing support," said Brand. "Just give us a call and we can help."
He added that The Computer Guy has made donations to various charitable organizations in the past and will continue to do so.
"Whether supplying the local fire department with computers or sponsoring youth recreation programs," he said, "The Computer Guy is glad to help. We are also proud to support our local schools and organizations."
The Computer Guy is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
