The following local residents are among more than 600 students who recently received undergraduate degrees from the State University of New York at New Paltz:

Adriana Camargo of Warwick received a bachelor of science degree in Spanish.

Frederick Salamone of Warwick received a bachelor of science degree in childhood education 1-6.

Kimberley Andersen of Warwick received a bachelor of arts degree in communication media.

To qualify, undergraduate students must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher while carrying a course load of 12 semester hours or more.


Emily Debuck of Pine Island has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2012 semester at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

To qualify, students must obtain a minimum 3.4 GPA and carry at least 12 credits.


Nicholas Rafael of Warwick has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2012 semester at Siena College in Loudonville. Nicholas is a sophomore majoring in finance.

To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must attain a grade point average between 3.5 and 3.89 for the semester.


The following students were named to the dean’s list for the fall 2012 semester at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Conn.:

Myles Krizan of Warwick has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2012 semester at Hartwick College in Oneonta. To qualify, a student must attain a grade point average for the semester of at least 3.5 based on a 4.0 scale.

Myles, a sophomore, is majoring in business administration. He is the son of Diana and Greg Krizan.


Alexa Savaglio of Warwick was among 805 students named to the dean’s list for the fall 2012 semester at The College of Saint Rose in Albany.

To qualify, students must attain a GPA of at least 3.5 with no grades of D, F, Incomplete or Pass/Fail.


Fletcher Laico of Warwick was named to thedean’s list for the fall 2012 semester at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, N.C.


The following students were named to the dean’s list at the University of Connecticut at Storrs:

Ameen Khwaja Ahad of Warwick.
Connor Thomas Ginley of Warwick.

Oliver William Leech of Warwick.

To qualify, a student must take at least 12 credits, finish the semester with a grade point average that is among the top 25 percent of students enrolled in their school or college and have no grade below a “C.”
