Graduations Benedict Catanzaro of Warwick graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, earning a bachelor of science degree in building construction from the College of Architecture and Urban Studies.
Deans list Senior Carly Ramos of Warwick, as been named to the deans list for the spring 1012 semester at Hartwick College in Oneonta.
Inclusion on Hartwicks dean list is an indication of excellent academic work, including the completion of a full course load with at least a 3.5 grade point average based on a 4.0 scale.
Carly, the daughter of Anne and Wilbert Ramos, is majoring in nursing.
Karl J. Schnabl of Warwick received academic honors from the Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science at Binghamton University by making the universitys deans list for the spring 2012 semester.

Full-time students who complete a minimum of 12 credit hours and achieve a semester grade-point average of at least 3.5 with no grades of D, F, Incomplete or Pass/Fail are eligible for inclusion on the deans list.
Awards, programs, certifications
Tracy Lee Baumann of Warwick recently passed the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) exam to become a Certified Medical Assistant. Baumann is a graduate of the Medical Assistant program at the Clifton, N.J., campus of Dover Business College.
The certified medical assistant (CMA) designation is a national credential awarded by the AAMA, indicating that the medical assistant meets certain standards of competence. In addition to taking vital signs and preparing patients for, and assisting doctors with, patient examinations, the medical assistant can collect and prepare laboratory specimens and perform basic laboratory tests on the premises. He or she understands medical office administration as well as medical terminology and coding, and also may perform clinical procedures such as electrocardiography.
In the State of New Jersey, medical assistants who hold the CMA credential are permitted to administer injections.
