College notes
GraduationsSaraOlivia Dallendorfer has graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Fla., with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work.
SaraOlivia spent her final semester at Uganda Christian University in Mukono, Uganda, completing her final internship at Noah’s Ark Children’s Home and completing senior classes with high honors.
She was also requested to speak as a representative of the U.S. students in the closing ceremonies of the Uganda Studies Program.
SaraOlivia plans to achieve her M.S.W. in the accelerated program at Southeastern University in the fall.
SaraOlivia was a 2015 Warwick Valley High School graduate.
She is the daughter of Eric and Kathy Dallendorfer of Warwick.
Jacob Stephen Yates of Warwick has graduated from Keystone College in La Plume, Pa., with a Bachelor of Science degree from the college’s School of Professional Studies.
The following students have graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, Pa., a special mission affiliate of The Pennsylvania State University:
Nicholas L. Maurer III, Warwick, Bachelor of Science, Automotive Technology Management, Cum Laude.
Randy Steven Vance, Greenwood Lake, an Associate of Applied Science degree in Aviation Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology.
Ian Steinbach of Warwick has graduated Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance.
He will be starting his career as an Investment and Trust Analyst at M&T Bank corporate headquarters in Buffalo.
Dean’s listAlexandra Mendenhall was recently recognized by the Provost and VP of Academic affairs at High Point University, High Point, North Carolina, for having achieved the Dean’s List for the Spring 2019 semester. Dean’s list students are those who have achieved a 3.5 or higher GPA.
Alex is the daughter of Liz and Doug Mendenhall of Warwick. She is a freshman at High Point University who plans on continuing studies with the school of Communications, pursuing a BA in Event Management and a minor in Spanish.
Alex is also involved in High Point Club softball and the High Point Community Orchestra where she plays cello.
SUNY New Paltz congratulates Erika Arrieta of Warwick for being named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2019 semester.
Dean’s List designation is reserved for students who excel academically and earn at least a 3.3 grade-point average in a semester with a full-time course load. Erika received a 3.6 GPA.
Erika is an education major with a concentration in Spanish entering her senior year.
