Chumley's named the best

Chef Dan Lemire of Chumleys BBQ and Catering of Florida, N.Y. is shown cooking up some ribs at the fourth annual Rock, Ribs and Ridges music and food festival held last weekend at Hidden Valley Resort. Lemire attended the Culinary Institute of America and this yearís ribs were available with a variety of sauces including Root Beer, Fired Up, and Apple Garlic.The event started on Saturday and although the rains had passed they left behind milky skies and plenty of mud that organizers covered with hay spread throughout the concert grounds.

Chumley's won first place for Best Ribs at the festival and third place for Best Sauce. Lemire attended the Culinary Institute of America and this year's ribs were available with a variety of sauces including Root Beer, Fired Up, and Apple Garlic.
