WARWICK — After 17 years of successful business in Sugar Loaf, Bertoni Gallery has now opened a second location at 50 Main St. in the Village of Warwick.
On Friday, Aug. 25, Town of Warwick Supervisor Michael Sweeton, Mayor Michael Newhard and members of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce joined owner Rachel Bertoni and her husband Robert Finstad, along with family members, friends and staff to celebrate the grand opening of the additional Warwick location with a traditional ribbon cutting.
In addition a reception will be held this Saturday, Sept. 2, from 5 to 7 p.m. featuring complimentary hors d'oeuvres, champagne and local craft beer by Glenmere Brewery.
Jennifer Powers, a licensed massage therapist, will also be available for those who want to try out her services.
Bertoni Gallery features handcrafted jewelry and fine arts and crafts from local artists in the Hudson Valley and beyond. And it offers a unique, high quality diverse mix of goods that is continually expanding.
"Our gallery," said Bertoni, "is committed to developing meaningful relationships with local artists and becoming stronger as a group. Building community is another priority, and the gallery has plans to offer workshops, free demonstrations, and other fun collaborative events in the near future. Join us in celebration."
Bertoni Gallery Warwick, 50 Main St., is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
