WARWICK — It’s not too early to think snow.
The annual Mount Peter Swap and Sale, held in conjunction with Ski Barn of Paramus, N.J., will be held Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 20-21, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The ski swap and sale are two different events on the same weekend.

The sale is run by Ski Barn, which fills the Sunrise Lodge with equipment, clothing and accessories. The company offers discounts of up to 75 per cent.
The swap, held on Sunday, Oct. 21, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., is run by Mt. Peter’s Mountain Patrol as a fund raiser. Its members will sell your used equipment and accessories for you.

If you have something like skis, boots, boards or good conditioned apparel, not more than five years old, that you would like patrol to sell, drop them off at the mountain inside the main lodge on Saturday, Oct. 20, from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
There is a $2 fee per item dropped off and if your item is sold, you must pick up your check on Sunday Oct. 21, between 3-5 p.m.
Any funds not collected will be considered a donation to the Mountain Patrol.
A 20 per cent commission will be taken out of each sale. But if your item is not sold, you must pick it up on Sunday before 5 p.m.
Items not picked up cannot be kept.
During the weekend of the “Swap and Sale,” everyone is invited to visit the Mount Peter tent on the base of the mountain to sign up for a season pass, multi-week program, development program, racing program, or just to chat about the mountain, skiing and snowboarding.
