Annual aquatic pond tour takes place May 19
WARWICK The sounds of cascading waterfalls, the flash of hardy koi and goldfish and the beauty of aquatic blooms will be part of Garden State Koi & Aquatic Centers annual pond tour this Saturday, May 19.
The backyard gardens open at 1 p.m. and will remain open until 6 p.m. Attendees on the self-guided tour will be treated to waterscapes highlighted by waterfalls, koi, Pondless Waterfalls and aquatic plantings.
Stops on the tour will also feature a rainwater capture system, a sustainable water feature and low-voltage LED Lighting.
The tour will conclude with a customer appreciation reception at the home of Nancy and Thomas Smith in Wantage, N.J., from 6 to 8 p.m.
