A 'Home' for the Holidays

This gingerbread house depicting Glenmere Mansion and gardens is a replica of the 1911 Robert Goelet Mansion in Chester. Currently a Relais & Chateaux luxury hotel and spa, Glenmere Mansion is the award-winning resort that has garnered world-wide attention for its farm-to-table cuisine by Chef Gunner Thompson. Pastry chefs, headed by Marcia Wallace, and her culinary team, used a turn-of-the-20th Century gingerbread recipe, with royal icing accents, to create this one-of–a-kind holiday masterpiece.
