The second annual Lobsterpalooza sponsored by Christ Episcopal Church In Warwick in June got a tremendous response, according to Sue Watson, one of the organizers. More than 200 people came out to munch on lobster, corn on the cob and watermelon. They listened to live music throughout the evening. Jim Laiso, pictured above second from left, was the winner of a football autographed by New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning. Here he receives his prize from Rev. Scott Barker, left, and surrounded by Lobsterpalooza organizers Sue Watson, Jessica Gyilfoyle, Phil McCutcheon, Matthew Mumford, Bill Leech and Eileen Janovsky. The group has already begun plans for the third annual event next June, and wants to thank Seth Wertz and Debbie Veringer from ShopRite of Warwick for all of their support.
