Kids get a free plane ride

Greenwood Lake —The Greenwood Lake Pilots Association, in conjunction with the EAA, will be hosting a Young Eagles Day from 9:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 29, at the Greenwood Lake Airport in West Milford, N.J. The airport is located on Airport Road, off Marshall Hill Road. Children between the ages of 7 and 17 are invited to see the airplanes and take a free ride. Parents or guardians must accompany their children to the airport to sign a waiver. Adults will be taken up only if time and space permits. For more information, call Ms. Van Riper at 973-831-9230.
