Kids fly for free

Greenwood Lake — The Greenwood Lake Pilots Association will be hosting several Young Eagles Days: at the Greenwood Lake Airport in West Milford on Saturday, May 27, and again on Saturday, July 29; and at the Warwick Airport on Saturday, June 17. All events will run from 9:30 to 2:30 p.m. Children between the ages of 7 and 17 are invited to the airports to view the airplanes and take a free ride. Parents or guardians must accompany their children to the airport to sign a waiver, but adults will be taken up only if time and space permits. For additional information, call 973-831-9230.
