Jeffrey Lever appointed to library board

Warwick Jeffrey Lever has been appointed to the Albert Wisner Public Library’s Board of Trustees to fill a vacancy. His appointment will continue until the next library election scheduled for April 2008. Lever, his wife Dorothea, and their children, Katie, Tim, Mike and Allyson, have resided in Warwick for the past 17 years. He retired as a battalion chief from the New York City Fire Department in 2003. Since retiring, Lever has been employed as the National Life Safety Manager for Lehman Brothers Corp. and as a life safety consultant. “I look forward to working with the staff and volunteers of the Albert Wisner Library and to representing the community as a member of the Library Board of Trustees,” he said. “I am especially excited about the construction of the new library building and the opportunity to play a small part in the process that will bring the facility to the community.”
