Interact Club donates $1,500 for Rotary projects

Officers of the 150-member Warwick Valley High School Interact Club have presented checks totaling $1,500 to their sponsors, the Warwick Valley Rotary Club, for international assistance programs. Interact students added $500 toward an El Salvador water purification project on top of the $1,000 already donated by Warwick Rotarians. They also donated $1,000 toward Polio Plus, a major project of Rotary International to eradicate polio worldwide.
