Hip hop group offers positive message

Warwick — The NYC Gospel Hip Hop Group will perform “Truce” at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 12, at Amity Presbyterian Church at 103 Newport Bridge Road in Warwick. Directed by David Ham, the program will offer soulful songs and spoken word, hip hop with a positive message. Ham is a Warwick resident who works for Nicki Cruz Outreach. His group has traveled extensively, and recently returned from a street crusade in London. Ham is also in the pulpit in Amity on the second and fourth Sundays of the month.
