St. Anthony Community Hospital’s first baby of 2012 arrives at 10:31 on Jan. 1 WARWICK — She came into the world at 10:31 a.m. on Jan. 1, thus earning the honor of being the first baby born at St. Anthony Community Hospital in 2012. Lilly Grebeldinger, born to Brian and Friederike Grebeldinger of Otisville, weighed exactly seven pounds and measured 20 inches. Obstetrician Dr. James Brockunier was assisted by nurse Valerie Longfellow during the delivery. Approximately 600 babies are born each year at the hospital’s award-winning Kennedy Birthing Center, a state-of-the-art maternity unit which combines modern technology with a comfortable, family-oriented atmosphere.
