Healthy eating habits

Florida Cub Scout Pack 44’s Wolf Den 4 recently took a tour of Warwick ShopRite and learned about National Nutrition Month with ShopRite’s Dietitian Melaine Dwornik, R.D. The scouts learned about healthy eating and the importance of a healthy diet. The scouts were excited to see some areas of the store not readily seen, such as the butcher’s corner, and the bakery ovens and freezers. The scouts completed the outing with a scavenger hunt, searching for the location of different healthful items.
