Jan. 5 Paul T. Donahue, 45, of Warwick, was charged with first- and third-degree assault, first-degree gang assault fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Nancy DeAngelo and was released on $500 cash bail. William M. Washington, 31, of Hackensack, N.., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released pending a future court appearance. Jan. 7 John K. Space Jr., 25, of Hopatcong, N.J., was arrested on an outstanding warrant, processed and then released on his own recognizance.
