Golden Hill graduation awards

Florida - The fifth-grade students at Golden Hill Elementary School participated in their elementary graduation on June 21 in the school’s gymnasium. S.S. Seward Institute Principal Michael Rheaume was the guest speaker. Certificates of Graduation were presented by Golden Hill Principal Ronald De Pace. Awards presented to fifth-grade students included: • American Legion Award: Joseph Pillmeier, Jennifer Pomella. • New York State Attorney General’s Triple C Awards: Hailey Sanford, Dylan Hayes. • New York State Comptroller Achievement Award: Thomas Smyth. • Florida Teachers’ Association Award: Jake Krzymowski, Gabrielle Pikoulas, Alyssa Kamrowski • President’s Education Award for Education Excellence: Daniel Collins, Zackery Cuzo, Matthew Dagele, Emanuel Fotiadis, Alyssa Kamrowski, Jake Kinley, Elia Knieriemen, Jake Krzymowski, Savannah Maas, Matthew Mark, Michala Miller, Carly Morano, Margaret Paras, Gabrielle Pikoulas, Joseph Pillmeier, Jennifer Pomella, Beau Ressa, Thomas Smyth, Nicholas Thomas, Timothy Thompson, Robert VanRaamsdonk and Devin Wood. • President’s Education Award for Educational Achievement: Dylan Hayes, Adam Rivera, Hailey Sanford and Vanessa Solis. • Leadership: Daniel Collins, Dalton Sargent and Kyle Kennedy. • Teacher Appreciation: Kristi Babcock, Matthew Dagele, Savannah Maas, Adam Rivera, Kendall Stopa and Amanda Tantillo. • 2007 Orange County Executive Youth Bureau Award “Spirit of Success:” David Bernhardt. • Golden Hill PTA’s Ralph Pomponio Memorial Music Awards: Timothy Thompson for Chorus, Daniel Collins for Band. • DARE Essay Winners: Kristi Babcock, Savannah Maas, Nicolette Waltzer and William Lanier. • High 5’s: Nicholas Bailey, Dylan Hayes, Michael Pawliczek, Cortnie Plocharcyk and Dalton Sargent. Music was provided by the fifth-grade Band and the fifth-grade Chorus under the direction of Tina Krawcyk and Kristin Henne.
