George F. Baker Tuxedo High School grad earns doctorate

Troy - Brian Joseph Scherer, a 2000 graduate of George F. Baker Tuxedo High School, has earned his doctorate in applied physics from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute this past May. Scherer earned his bachelor of science and master of science from the State University of New York at Albany. He is employed by GE Global Research and is the son of Kenneth and Jo-Ann Scherer of Greenwood Lake.
