    WARWICK-The recent flooding has delayed normal pothole repairs, but our crews are out. We ask for your patience until we can get to your road. • The Federal Government has declared Orange County a disaster area. Individuals seeking FEMA low-cost loans or grants can call 1-800 621-3362 or you can register online at www.fema.gov to begin the process. Refer to FEMA disaster number 1589 DR- NY. Farms and businesses can call FSA, Neal Needleman at 343-1874. • Due to the flooding, the County Hazardous Waste Collection Day has been re-scheduled to Friday, April 29th for business, farms and governments and Saturday April 30th for households. Please call 291-2643 to register. • The town will host a Biodiversity Workshop project at Warwick Town Hall on Wednesday, April 27, from 7 to 9 p.m. The Metropolitan Conservation Alliance will present the results of a study conducted last summer in the towns of Warwick, Chester and Goshen.
