Free self defense for kids

WARWICK—The United Martial Arts Center at ShopRite Plaza is offering a free children’s self defense seminar Saturday, Aug. 19 at 11:30 a.m. Ed Ciarfella says this seminar will be presented in a non-threatening manner and attendees will come away with knowledge that could save their lives. The seminar will focus on: Stranger Danger; what to do if a stranger tries to get you to come with him or her; how to handle a bully in a non-violent way and passwords for your family.
