Five new agents join Warwick's Green Team Home Selling System

    WARWICK — Owner and broker Geoff Green has announced the addition of five new agents to the Green Team Home Selling System. “The real estate market may be demanding right now,” Green said in a press release announcing the hires, “but I know that we can continue to provide top quality service to all of our clients.” The new agents are: Esperanza Ahad, known by her nickname Espi, may be new to the real estate industry but her credentials give her the right background for her new career. As a sales and marketing professional for New York media companies, the bilingual Brooklyn native brings her expertise to both her buyers and sellers. Linda Czubak is a seasoned real estate professional who has been in the industry for more than a decade. Her Warwick connections span generations. Czubak, a licensed associate broker, also holds certifications as Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and as a Certified Relocation Specialist. Pip Klein joined the firm this past winter in the newly created role of marketing manager and earned her real estate license in June 2011. Nicholas Romano has the kind of energy toward his new career that you wish you could bottle. Romano graduated from Valley Central Senior High School and studied at SUNY Orange for two years with a concentration in history. Toni Vogel enjoys her role as Agent Service Manager as well as being a new real estate agent at the Green Team. Vogel is a Warwick native who graduated from SUNY Orange and has worked for a variety of employers including Dynamic Center.
