Florida - Technically, it’s an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED.) Last Monday Florida Fire Chief Michael Coleman and Fire Department president John Galiski presented the potentially life-saving device to Florida Library officials. Accepting the $1,500 defibrillator for the library was Marie Pillmeier, president of the Florida Library Board of Trustees. The AED will be available in the library, but it will also be available to the Senior Citizens Center, the American Legion meeting rooms and the Village Hall complex.
