Warwick — On Tuesday, Nov. 29, Warwick town and business representatives joined owner Celia Cantelmo for the official grand opening of Encore Décor. The new home decorating consignment outlet is located at 24 Ronald Reagan Boulevard in the Merchant Square Shopping Plaza just off Kings Highway. “Encore Décor,” said Cantelmo, “is proud to provide exceptional value and customer service to our consignors and customers by offering a truly upscale, convenient and effective venue for buying and selling previously owned high quality home furnishings and décor on consignment.” The store offers consignors a well displayed showroom and maximum exposure for selling gently used furnishings, lighting, rugs, mirrors, accessories, gifts, original artwork and one of a kind pieces. Cantelmo, who lives in Warwick with her husband, Lou, and their sons Louis, Brandon and Zachary, has been an interior designer for more than 20 years. “I started getting calls from clients looking to sell their beautiful furnishings due to downsizing or moving,” she said. “I loved the idea of finding a new home for quality furniture and accessories. And I also loved the idea of offering clients an opportunity to make money while helping new clients find one of a kind home furnishings at fabulous prices.” Cantelmo’s upscale home furnishings consignment store boasts over 2,000 square feet of quality used furnishings along with model home items and showroom samples on consignment. “Buying like-new home furnishings,” she said, “is the smart, easy, earth-friendly and low cost solution for making your home beautiful. Today’s consumer is more economical and loves a bargain. They also consider that items consigned belong to friends and neighbors. Putting money back into their hands is putting money right back into our community.” For additional information call 986-7001 or visit www.shopencoredecor.com.
