Elegance Luxury Spa and Boutique opens in Vernon, N.J.

Vernon, N.J. — Vernon Mayor Vic Marotta, Michael Johndrow, executive director of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce, and Kyle Brandt, treasurer of the Vernon Chamber of Commerce, joined owner Julie Ann Giampolo and her staff for the grand opening of Elegance Luxury Spa and Boutique in September. The new spa and boutique, located at 294 State Route 94 in Vernon, specializes in skin care, therapeutic massage therapy, bridal packages including make-up and up dos, regular make-up applications and make-up lessons. “And our elegant boutique offers fine, vintage and costume jewelry as well as imported leather bags,” said Giampolo, “Plan your escape to the picturesque rolling hills of Sussex County. Enjoy a complimentary taste of wine, chocolate dipped strawberries and other refreshments in an elegant sitting room while waiting to be pampered and beautified like no where else.” Giampolo, who resides at Crystal Springs in Hardyston, is an experienced beauty consultant, make-up artist and fashion advisor and has been in the beauty business for more than 30 years. Renee Weiss, owner of Chez Renee’s Collectibles, is also featured at Elegance’s boutique. Her professional career was devoted to Life Sciences, but her passion has always been for estate and vintage jewelry. Weiss has been selling estate jewelry for more than 15 years. Gail Concannon is a licensed esthetician/skin-care specialist experienced in crystal-free microdermabrashion, glycolic and lactic peels and waxing. She is a graduate of the Artistic Academy skin-care school in New Jersey. Joan O’Driscoll, CMT, is a therapeutic massage therapist certified in hot stone therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and chair massage. She is trained in reflexology and aromatherapy and has also been a certified Reiki master for more than 16 years.
