Eddie's Roadhouse hosts grand opening

Warwick - There’s a new pub on Main Street. On Dec. 16, Town of Warwick Supervisor Michael Sweeton, Mayor Michael Newhard, Garrett Durland, president of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce and Michael Johndrow, executive director of the Chamber, joined Eddie and Donna Cullari, owners of Eddie’s Roadhouse, and their son Eddie Jr. The occasion was a celebration of the official grand opening for the Village of Warwick’s newest restaurant and pub, Eddie’s Roadhouse, at 18 Main St. The family-owned restaurant, managed by the Cullari’s son, Eddie Cullari Jr., offers lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday. “Our menu,” said Eddie Cullari Jr., “features a unique blend of new tastes, as well as old-favorites, all with a Roadhouse twist. The sauces and marinades used are house-made, and the meat is fresh, never frozen.” Some of the Roadhouse’s signature dishes are the marinated flat-iron steak and their half-pound Angus burger, along with its popular, hand-cut French Fries. “Eddie’s is the realization of a dream that offers people a friendly gathering place to talk, laugh, eat and drink,” said Eddie Cullari. “We invite everyone to stop in and say, Hello.’” For additional information or to make a reservation, call 845-986-7623 or in the near future visit eddiesroadhouse.com (the site is currently under construction).
