On Saturday, Sept. 22, Warwick Day Care Center held its annual open house, as well as a Dodge “Drive for Kids” event. Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Warwick brought a Dodge Charger and a Dodge Minivan to the parking area of the center, and donated $5 to the day care for each person who test-drove one of the cars and filled out a short questionnaire. In one afternoon, the car dealership raised $305, which was used to purchase new educational toys for each of the five classrooms in the center. Pictured are young toddlers playing with the “Big Fun Activity Cube,” one of the classroom toys purchased with the money raised.
