CrossFit Christmas party

On Saturday, Dec. 17, Ryan and Katie Hansen, owners of CrossFit Warwick, a strength and conditioning facility at 56 Forester Ave., sponsored a Christmas party for clients, instructors, family and friends. But unlike most office parties at this time of year, the CrossFit celebration began with a regular workout including pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, and running. Not a bad idea. By Roger Gavan
