Congresswoman Nan Hayworth to host Hudson Valley jobs fair on Nov. 14

Fishkill — U.S. Rep. Nan Hayworth will host a jobs fair on Monday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Fishkill Recreation Center. 793 Route 52 in Dutchess County. The jobs fair is free and the public is encouraged to attend. Scheduled to attend are Hudson Valley employers seeking new hires in a wide range of fields including health care, manufacturing, technology, financial and retail agencies. Employment assistance organizations will also be present to provide career counseling and advice. In addition to meeting with prospective employers, job seekers are invited to participate in a variety of workshops and informational seminars focusing on interview skills, resume writing, networking and job search resources. Among the groups invited to participate are the Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce, Business Council of Westchester, Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation, North Rockland Business Alliance, Orange County Chamber of Commerce, Orange County Partnership (IDA), and the Rockland Business Association.
