Community eyesore

Some thoughtless individual or individuals decided that the Town of Warwick’s Cascade Lake Park would make a convenient dump. Vehicles, by the way, are not permitted but it’s unlikely anyone carried this stuff in by backpack. (Photo by Roger Gavan)
