    During the holidays, many local organizations collect donations of toys for the children of families in need, so that no child goes without something special under the tree. For a child who has special needs, Inspire, officially the Orange County Cerebral Palsy Association, has a few tips for you to consider when buying toys for children with disabilities. Toys for Tots •Nebrasky technicians will pick up new toys for Toys for Tots from any customer or from any community member in the Monroe-Woodbury and Warwick areas who wishes to donate. To arrange for a pick-up, call 783-6661. Participants can also drop off toys at Nebrasky headquarters at 1019 Route 17M in Monroe. The deadline for toy donation is Monday, Dec. 19. •Harriman Auto will act as a drop off facility for collecting new unwrapped toys for boys and girls for the United States Marine Corps drive for Toys For Tots. The dealership is located at 2 Ramapo Ave. in Harriman. Call 782-7859. Santa’s Toy Box Orange County sponsors this drive, and has over 20 locations throughout the county where toys can be dropped off. •Montgomery Physical Therapy & Wellness will accept donations for Santa’s Toy Box at both of its locations, at 181 Jersey Ave. in Port Jervis and 20 Walnut St. in Montgomery. Donations of unwrapped toys will be accepted from Dec. 1 to Dec. 16 during office hours, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Other Holiday Toy Drives •WTBQ Radio will have drop-off boxes at all Florida town and village halls, and “all the stores,” according to radio personality Uncle Buck (Frank Pileggi), who will also pick up toys for anyone who calls him at 469-7551.
