WARWICK - A delegation of Chinese city officials and businessmen joined Warwick dignitaries, representatives from Arace and Company and representatives from LeylandAlliance for a presentation on responsible development, during a visit to the community on Sept. 14. The LeylandAlliance presentation focused on the importance of looking to the historical precedents of the past for good planning, with an emphasis on preserving open spaces and the integration of civic buildings into residential communities. “The Chinese delegation responded favorably to the presentation and the subsequent tour of Warwick Grove,” said Monica Quigley, vice president sales and marketing for LelandAlliance.
