July 29 • Christine M. Zielinski, 43, of Chester, was charged with obstructing governmental administration, and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. She was released on her own recognizance to appear Sept. 11 in town court. Aug. 1 • Brian John Dowling, 34, of Monroe, was detained on an outstanding warrant after being stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation. He was turned over to Village of Greenwood Lake Police Department. Aug. 3 • Joshua M. Warsaw, 20, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, both misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance to appear Sept. 10 in town court.
