Sept. 20 • Roxanne M. Holmes, 19, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of 8 percent or greater, both misdemeanors. She was also cited for several other vehicle and traffic violations. She was released on $100 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Nov. 13. Sept. 23 • Albert M. Frank, 43, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Nov. 5. • David Aguilar, 24, of Monroe, was charged with trespass, a violation. He was released on $30 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Oct 9. • Juan M Aguilar, 27, of Monroe, was charged with trespass, a violation. He was released on $30 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Oct. 9. •Ramos R. Osiel, 23, of Monroe, was charged with trespass, a violation. He was released on $30 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Oct. 9. Sept. 24 • Laura Beth Lolya, 47, of Chester, was charged with third-degree e aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Oct 1. Sept. 26 •A 17-year-old Chester resident was charged on an outstanding arrest warrant for the Village of Chester. He was turned over to the Village Chester Police Department. • Scott M. Walker, 29, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Nov. 5. Sept. 28 • Juan C. Alayo, 34, of Newburgh, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was also cited for several other traffic violations. He was released on $75 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Nov. 5. • Jospeh Martucci, 32, of Milford Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle , a misdemeanor. He was released on $50 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Oct. 9. .•Jeffery B. Palamara, 27, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Nov. 13.
