Sept. 9 • Jenny Jane Severs, 32, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear Oct. 10 in Chester Town Court. • Jeffrey Richard Monaghan, 23, of Chester was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Town of Chester Court. He was released on $380 cash bail to appear in the Town of Chester Court. Sept. 10 • Christopher Dyne, 19, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear Oct. 10 in Chester Town Court. • Yazmin Rodiguez, 20, of Chester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Town of Chester Court. He was released to appear in the Chester Town Court. Sept. 12 • Michael Tory Murphy, 22, of Warwick, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear Oct. 10 in the Chester Town Court. • Martin Subocz, 26 of Warwick, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear Oct. 16 in the Chester Town Court Oct 16.
