Chambers consultants to present business and professional development conferences

    Goshen — The Orange County Chamber of Commerce’s consultants committee will present a two-part conference from 7:30 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, and Tuesday, Nov. 8, at the Harness Racing Museum in Goshen. The conference will highlight business development at the first meeting, and professional development at the second meeting. For members the fee is $49 per session or $79 for both. For non-members, the fee is $99 per session or $150 for both. On Wednesday, Oct. 19, topics and speakers will include “How to See Your Company through Your Customers’ Eyes” with Jack Paluszek of Advanced Management Associates; “Team Building” with Judy Rosner of The Rosner Group; “Monopolize Your Marketplace,” presented by Barry Adelman of Y2 Marketing; “Explore Your International Business” with Peter Lai of TQM Associates; and “Business on the Internet” with Edison Guzman of A&E Advertising and Web Design. On Tuesday, Nov. 8, the topics and speakers will include “Organizing Your Day” with Lisa Montanaro of LM Organizing Solutions; “The Key to Maintaining Focus & Personal Peak Performance” with Skip Weisman of Weisman Success Resources; “Dealing with Angry People,” with Judy Hoffman of JCH Enterprises; “Extreme Productivity: The Answer to Information Overload” with Lynette Seawall of Performance Plus; and “Pay Yourself First” with Mike Smith of Advest.
