Florida. Realtor Stephanie Badillo celebrates first anniversary of ‘Your Hudson Valley Life’

Village of Florida resident Stephanie Badillo has more than three decades of experience in the real estate industry as a luxury realtor, designer and international real estate developer.

And she has appeared on many real estate shows, publications and podcasts.

Badillo is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with JMPire Real Estate, LLC, in Wappingers Falls.

Her firm services three markets with offices in the Hudson Valley, Long Island and Manhattan where she works with buyers, sellers and investors.

In addition, she is a community influencer and created her lifestyle brands “Your Hudson Valley Life ‘’ and “Your Long Beach Life” to help support her local business communities, which can be found on all social media platforms.

On Wednesday, Oct. 27, Badillo celebrated the one-year anniversary of her brand, “Your Hudson Valley Life,” with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Orange County Chamber of Commerce at the new Barrel 28 Restaurant in the Village of Florida. Also present were state, county and local officials along with members of the Warwick and Florida Chambers of Commerce, who were celebrating the opening of the restaurant.

“Your Hudson Valley Life” is one of her brands to help support her local business community during the pandemic. “Your Hudson Valley Life” and “Your Long Beach Life” can be found on Facebook and Instagram. Her YouTube channel, Your Hudson Valley Life, offers monthly real estate tips as well as interviews with local business owner along with weekly information about the best happy hours, comedy shows, sporting events and other fun activities in and around the Hudson Valley.
