Business workshops offered

Goshen — Small business owners or individuals thinking of starting a business are invited to participate in a series of workshops presented by the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and Counselors to America’s Small Business. The series begins on Sept. 12. Sponsored by Provident Bank, the workshops are free and will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Chamber conference room at 40 Mathews Street in Goshen. The seminars are: Sept. 12, “Live Your Dream” Sept. 19, “Structure Your Business;” Sept. 26, “Business Plan 101;” Oct. 3, “Insurance Issues;” Oct. 10, “Marketing & Advertising;” Oct. 17, “Sales;” Oct. 24, “E-Commerce;” and Nov. 7, “How to Manage Your Finances.” For more information, call Debbie Bogdanski at 567-6229.
