Bon Secours Warwick Health Foundation appoints Board of Directors

WARWICK - Sr. Mary Lou Moran, president of Bon Secours Warwick Health Foundation, has appointed 13 members to the foundation’s Board of Directors. Steve Kent was named Chairman of the Board. The members of the Foundation Board will oversee and help generate philanthropic support for the Warwick Health Care Campus, which includes St. Anthony Community Hospital, Schervier Pavilion and Mount Alverno Center. Rudy Breedy, executive director of the Foundation, said the board will oversee fund-raising events, the activities of the St. Anthony Community Hospital Auxiliary, provide leadership for the upcoming capital campaign to renovate/modernize St. Anthony Community Hospital and provide stewardship for all philanthropic dollars received by the campus. In addition to Kent, the other directors are Stratos Colman, Robert Blackburn, Clare Brady, Barry Breeman, Helen Laskow, George Irwin, Suzanne Jones, Leo Robert Kaytes, Deborah Kennedy, Terry Quint, Frank Petrucci and Carole Rogers. The members of the board have a variety of professional skills and talents, educational backgrounds, record of community service and experience: • Kent, a resident of Warwick, is Northeast and Eastern Canadian Aircraft Sales Manager for Cessna Aircraft Company. Kent is a licensed commercial pilot as well as an airframe and power plant technician with inspection authority. • Colman, also a Warwick resident, is client solutions lead for the U.S. Postal Service and serves on the Boards of St. Athansios Greek Orthodox Church and the Seaweed Yacht Club. • Blackburn, a resident of Monroe, is general counsel for the Union State Bank in Orangeburg. He is a graduate of Fairfield University and Fordham University School of Law. He serves on the boards of the New York Bankers Title Agency East, LLC and the New York Bankers Association Lawyers Advisory Board. • Brady, vice president mission for Bon Secours Charity Health System, lives in Glen Spey. She studied at the New School for Social Research and Sullivan Community College. Brady serves as president of Orange County Safe Homes and President of Bon Secours Community Hospital Foundation. • Breeman, a Warwick resident, is vice chairman Caribbean Property Group, LLC, and serves on several corporate boards and is an active member of Winslow Therapeutic Riding Center and the Historical Society of the Town of Warwick. • Irwin is president and CEO of Highlands State Bank of Vernon, N.J., and lives in Sussex County, N.J. He is a former director of Greater Community Bancorp and also of American Bankers Professional Fidelity Insurance Company. • Laskow, a resident of Warwick, serves as Vice President of Sisterhood at Temple Beth Shalom in Florida. She has been an active member of the Warwick Campus Annual Spring Ball and Annual Fund Drive Committees. • Jones, a resident of Chester, is an associate broker with Remax Benchmark Realty Group. Jones served in the United States Army and also worked as a nurse for 18 years. • Kaytes, president of Leo Kaytes Ford in Warwick, has been actively involved with numerous fund-raising events for Winslow Therapeutic Riding Center, The Historical Society of the Town of Warwick, St. Anthony Community Hospital and the Warwick Little League. He is Co-chair of the hospital’s Annual Golf Classic. Kaytes is a member of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Warwick Independent Business Alliance. • Kennedy, a resident of Warwick, is a retired teacher and currently serves as a wardrobe consultant at Doncaster Clothing Line for Tanner Company. She is a member of the New York State United Teachers and also the Warwick Valley and Odessa/Montour Teachers Associations. She is treasurer of the Ladies of Pine Island Fire Department Auxiliary and serves on the St. Anthony Community Hospital Spring Ball and Holly Trail Committees. • Quint, a resident of Warwick, served as office manager for a local surgical practice for 24 years. She has been a dedicated volunteer for a host of community activities. Quint studied at the University of Colorado. She is a member of the St. Anthony Community Hospital Auxiliary and serves on the Albert Wisner Public Library Board of Trustees. • Petrucci, president of Country Chevrolet in Warwick, is co-chair of the St. Anthony Community Hospital Annual Golf Classic. He is a member of the New York Association of Auto Dealers and the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce. • Rogers is a resident of Warwick and serves as director of sales for Warwick Grove. She is a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors and the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce.
