Bears will be out at Trailside Zoo

The Palisades Interstate Park Commission will hold their 12th annual Spring Fling from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, and Sunday, April 23, at Trailside Museums & Zoo in Bear Mountain State Park. There will be activities for all the zoo animals and educational programs for the visitors. The bears will be out at 11 a.m. Admission is $1 for adults, 50 cents for children aged six to 12, and free for children aged five and under. The zoo is open 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily. Parking is $6 in the main parking lot. For access, take Exit 19 off the Palisdes Interstate Parkway, Route 9W, or Exit 130A off Route 17 eastbound.
