Avon rep earns Hawaiian getaway

Florida — Theresa Paul is an Avon representative, and one of the nation’s most successful, earning her a place among the ranks of Top Achievers for 2004-2005. Out of nearly 500,000 national representatives, only a few have attained this level of success. Paul is among the top one percent of representatives worldwide and was honored during a 2005 President’s Recognition Program, which included an all-expense paid celebration on Hawaii’s Big Island. She joined 389 other honorees, flown in from around the country, to receive specially-designed crystal Top Achievers trophies. The representatives were commended for their excellence in sales volume, sales increase, recruiting and leadership. Paul became an Avon representative in June of 1994 and achieved the level of President’s Club her first year, and the years thereafter, making her way up to President’s Council this past year. Paul gave up her daytime job several years ago and has devoted herself to the Avon full time. She recruits, mentors, and manages approximately 70 fellow representatives, and has helped many local schools and groups raise thousands of dollars over the past five years.
