GOSHEN The second part of the Orange County Flood Forum will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 7, at Orange County Emergency Services Center, 22 Wells Farm Road in Goshen. The Orange County Water Authority is offering the free forum to help residents understand the causes of flooding and what can be done about it. The water authority is presenting the forum with the county planning department and Moodna Creek Watershed Intermunicipal Council. A meet and greet starts at 3:30 p.m. After the presentations, the expert panel will answer questions from the audience.
