Amity Presbyterian Church plans Family Christmas Eve Service

WARWICK — If you're looking for a Christmas Eve service, there's one planned tonight in an historical setting. Amity Presbyterian Church, 103 Newport Bridge Rd., Warwick, will hold a Family Christmas Eve Service of music and scripture at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24. Rev. Major Barbara Sherer will be serving in the pulpit. Rev. Sherer recently returned from Iraq, where she served as chaplain to American troops. She will also present a special children's message from "Fred, the Camel." All are welcome to attend the service. Historic Amity church will be on the cover of the new Warwick Valley Telphone directory.
