Ambulance corps offers scholarships

WARWICK — Applications are available for the Warwick Volunteer Ambulance Corp’s the Katherine A. Ball Memorial Scholarship. Ball was a 17-year member of the ambulance corps and was its president when she died of cancer. Any senior who resides within the Warwick Valley School District is eligible for two scholarships, a $1,000 and a $500 scholarship. Applications are available at the Warwick Valley High School’s guidance office, by calling 986-4136, or on its Web site: www.warwickems.com. Applications must be postmarked by May 15.
