| 29 Sep 2011 | 10:12
Warwick - An AIDS prayer service for those who experience AIDS themselves, know it among family and friends, or are touched by the magnitude of the epidemic, is planned for Friday, Dec. 1, at 7:30 p.m. at the Warwick United Methodist Church, Forester Avenue, Warwick. Dec. 1 is World AIDS Day. The service is expected to last about 40 minutes. It will be a time to remember those who have lost their lives to the disease and to support those living with it. The epidemic is spreading in every part of the world, affecting children in many places. Some quiet reflection, songs and prayers will offer a time to raise concerns to God. The service is open to all.
