Absentee ballots available through Oct. 30

Goshen - Orange County voters who will be out of the area for the election on Tuesday, Nov. 7, may obtain an absentee ballot application by calling the Board of Elections at 291-2444 before Monday, Oct. 30, or they may vote in person at the elections offices at 25 Court Lane in Goshen between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The board offices also will be for absentee balloting on the following dates: • Saturday, Oct. 28, from 9 a.m. until noon. • Thursday, Nov. 2, from 5 to 8 p.m. • Saturday, Nov. 4, from 9 a.m. until noon.
