A SADD demonstration makes its realistic point

Students watched as Warwick first-responders demonstrated what happens at the scene of a drunk driving crash. In this simulation, two students didn’t survive the crash, others were taken to the hospital and the intoxicated student driver was arrested. The driver and passenger in the other vehicle had to be removed with the Jaws of Life and rushed to the emergency room. Organizers from the SADD Club said the enactment was important and timely with proms and graduation just around the corner. (Photos by Ed Bailey)
