A duck call: Register now to sell derby tickets

Warwick — Once again, Winslow Therapeutic Center is hosting it’s annual Duck Derby. This is a wonderful opportunity for clubs and organizations to raise money for their cause by selling “Official Duck Registration Tickets” for $5 and keeping half the proceeds. Due to the overwhelming response each year, Winslow will be accepting applications on a first-come, first-serve basis for the 17th annual event. Registration deadline is Jan. 15. To register your organization to sell Duck Tickets, call Winslow at 845-986-6686 or e-mail Leslie Fisher at leslie@winslow.org. The Duck Derby will take place on Sunday May 20, opening day of the Warwick Farmers Market, beginning at 10 a.m. The Ducks will race down the Wawayanda Creek in Warwick at 1:30 p.m. Please join the fun!
